A rodent infestation can be a difficult problem to get rid of, with the help of a professional, and the proper steps they can be eradicated for good.
Rodent Exclusion Service with Black Knight Pest Control
Rodent Exclusion Service usually takes 4 visits with the majority of the work being done on the first visit. All openings will be sealed to deny any further entry. Traps will be set up normally throughout the attic and crawl spaces. There may need to be additional traps set in the living area, but not in heavy traffic areas. Extra traps in living areas would need to be set behind furniture, stoves, refrigerators, areas where rodent activity is found. A check of the traps will happen approximately 1 week between each visit. If there is no activity with the traps after 4th visit the traps will be pulled and it will be a “job complete.” If there is any activity within those four visits a re-inspection will be preformed for any possible openings and also checking previously sealed areas.
Most jobs come with a 6 month warranty on areas that were sealed.
Black Knight cannot provide warranty on Spanish Tile Roof or mobile/ trailer home.

Attic Clean Outs by Black Knight Termite and Pest Control
An attic clean out and sanitation preformed by Black Knight will include, vacuuming, sanitizing, and deodorizing. Insulation can also be re-done at a cost. However, further inspection is required for insulation work. The clean out does NOT include sealing off any openings, strictly cleaning up.
