Starting off with Jerry’s interview I wanted to know how he got his start with Black Knight Pest Control.
Alfonso, the pest control manager at Black Knight Pest Control informed me about this great opportunity to work for Black Knight.
Asking next what is it that you do exactly for Black Knight Pest Control?
Jerry said,
I provide a great work ethic and professional pest control services. Working daily in the general pest control field.
Jerry handles everything PEST for Black Knight.
I went on to ask Jerry what he enjoyed most about his job.
He answered by saying,
I enjoy meeting new people and building relationships with them.
And that he does! Jerry has successfully brought in the most new pest control business among the company for several months.
Next, I asked Jerry what his goal is with the company.
It was simple.
To help the company grow!
In all seriousness I had to know what pest makes you cringe the most?
With no hesitation at all Jerry proceeded with,
Roaches!
Enough said.
With all Jerry’s Pest Control successes within the company I had to know his secret.
Jerry’s response was,
Being confident, and teaching others what I know and the importance of Pest Control.
I guess when you know your stuff it just comes naturally.
Lastly, but most importantly, I wanted to know a little about his family, and what he enjoyed doing most on his off time.
Jerry told me,
I have two boys, Micah (oldest) and, Niko, and my beautiful girlfriend Melanie!
When my two boys aren’t keeping me too busy, (which they usually are)
I enjoy watching sports!
I enjoyed my interview with Jerry, and getting to know a little more about him. The Black Knight Family can’t wait to see what he brings in next few months. Jerry is definitely helping to grow the business in the Temecula Valley community.
